I don't own any jackets that I currently love (including the black army I wore during the day). Well maybe I'm into 3 of them, yet I own about 8 ( and that's just Fall jackets not coats and that's not spring jackets either). I surprisingly don't even care, I mean I just am feeling shopping lazy and the thought of searching for a great Fall jacket when I can invest that time and $ into the ultimate winter coat search just seems stupid. So anyway back to the jacket convo - shall I purge or shall I not... I'm annoying.p.s. I found great brown riding boots today that remind me of the ones I had in 8th grade - traded those brown ankle boats and some other stuff to cover the cost.

hey kitten--if you want my opinion, i think that fall jackets are for fun, but you can look just as yummy(and stay warm) with layers.i find that its a great way to play with, color,texture, & prints!!!! you cant do that with a winter coat(i mean you can-but not as adventurously)Also, generally speaking, even second hand winter coats are more pricey. i think you should blow your wad on something attractive and wonderful that will keep you warm when the wind blows!!! :)
well i think i've purged all that i can at this point ( meaning as much as im ready to say farewell to right now). regarding jackets anyways. as for coats i have a nice 3/4 length one thats wool so its warm i just want to upgrade. not sure if i should tho bc upgrading inlcudes selling the michael kors wool coat an T7 in order to get cash together for the new version. IYIIYII. ps its still summer in nyc
