my new blazer! its been collecting dust in my closet since may. spontaneously got it from zara when the sun first came out this spring. tried to hold out for a vintage one but i had to give up the impossible search.
checked out A.P.C too. click here if you want to cry like me. its surprising how quickly you can rationalize spending $700 on a coat that may not be super warm and $500 on ankle boots that may not last FOREVER. left empty handed but inspired for fall which kinda was the point. 
felt like an 80's private school girl in my thrifted loafers today.

twisted my hair all over to make it look messy wavy. took the twists out and teased it a bit. went from wide puff to soft waves to loose waves to just about flat. gonna try it again tomorrow.

1. time to put those replacement brown ankle boots, the hunt for good jeans and fall thrift shop finds daydreams into full gear.
2. time to buy a bunch of stamps (most of my family members have september & october bdays)
3. time to sort thru my warm weather stuff and see whats even there! pretty sure i need a bunch of replacement cardigans as mine are worn to death.
4. time to start pilates again - that studio got way too sweaty in july.
5. time to say so long to my summer skin (altho, the bikes rides will continue so perhaps the suntan will a little too)
6. time to get excited for autumn.
