time to grow up and buy slips like a real lady. my dress was static clinging so badly to my uber thick tights that i had to cut a silky nightgown thingy and wear underneath. sheesh!
Can't get enuff of the furry coat
this lady from my job (her name is friday- so cute) asked if i got my shirt from a vintage shop because it reminded her of her something her mom had. i wonder if i'm wearing friday's mom's old lingerie...vintage does float around.

margot, my new best friend. my Fairy Vintage Giving God-Mother, courtney spotted it at a vintage clothing swop this summer and i've been dying to wear it ever since. she's named after margot tenenbaum and her favorite fur coat from the royal tenenbaums, duh. peta friendly and warm (real fur grosses me out - i don't eat meat and i'm not wearing their fur, thanks) - happiness!p.s. i'm wearing the tights we got in LONDON, remember the drama involved court? hehe

Kinda forgot I had these boots
wore these for a while then i was over them. maybe i'll start wearing them again. the top part can fold over and they slouch. i remember these boots cracking - like cracking in 1/2 while walking home in the rain :( way too 2nd hand.

ariel (my lil sister) lives in sandy eggo right now.
I'd totally live on this sandy hill if I was 6 years old. i want to eat it!!!!so it turns out, ariel and friends were on their way to see their friends submarine race (like a car race but with model submarines) and they stumbled upon SALVATION MOUNTAIN in Slab City (the desert!). A cute lil man has spent the last 25 years creating this "magically quaint" desert art with donated supplies...for god so he says. some "pit stop"
