as i stuffed all my belongings into my coin bag on a string aka flea market found red quilty bag i realized i really needed a new bag for fall, a spacious bag. this fringy leathery thing is from my trip home.

went home for the weekend
my mother made a poached egg for me, it was good but maybe i got a lil aggressive with the pepper
rained ALL WEEKEND but i still got to take scout for a walk. the humidity was gross but the mist was fantastic. no one was outside, just us.
anddddd i even got in some thrifting with ariel. got a couple of winners. stay tuned for close-ups (click on the picture to enlarge in the meantime).

hypocrite
yesterday i kinda told j.c. that he needed to start transitioning his wardrobe because its the end of summer. then i wake up and basically wear one of the most summery color pallets.
all my skinny jeans are sadly really old now and really worn out. holes all over the place so i took the black ones in for some more patching. ahh why did i feel like i was walking around with 2 rolls of gym socks in my jeans all day? SO GAARROOSS. so i cut the xtra fabric down - hopefully that helps. eww
randomly went to the store with bitten today n got a black sweater and cream tights. (grammar school style).
ANDDDD new shoes. not from bitten. yes i have something like these already but these are new and the other oxfords are vintage...and worn out...and now falling apart like the rest of my thrifted shoes and boots :( so these ones are really cute on but just a lil snug. o god.
