got these generic rain boots for 5 bucks from walmart in new jersey like 5 or 6 years ago. i remember seeing my friend Holly in them when she worked at seventeen mag - she had these boots on, knee high socks and a prairie-ish skirt. sooo cute! holly where are you? miss ya
